Rossoneri Maliens in french which means Malians Rossoneri was created on 22nd September 2017 by Mamby Keita and Alhassane Bah two Malians fans of AC Milan.

They met in a Facebook Group Rossoneri of Africa and together, they got the idea to gather all the Malians in the group and around Mali to create a Malians Fans Club of AC Milan which is Officially Recognize by the authorities as: Association Sportive et Culturelle des Rossoneri Maliens (ASCRM)
